Fire Corps started as a division of Citizen Corps.  Fire Corps volunteers assist the Fire District with various functions including special events, school presentations, administrative work, and limited field operations.  See the table below and click the links for a description of each of the current areas where our volunteers operate.  Additional volunteer opportunities within Fire Corps are created as the needs of the Fire District dictate.

Golder Ranch has a very involved and committed group of volunteers in our Fire Corps program.  Special talents or training isn’t needed to apply as all training required is provided by the Fire District.  We hold recruitment for the Fire Corps program several times throughout the year.  If you are interested in learning more about Golder Ranch Fire District’s Fire Corp program, contact Fire Marshal Will Loesche at 520-818-1017.
